Leveling

An unlevel foundation is often caused by shifts in the ground beneath your home. As the soil shifts, so does your home's foundation. If your house is built on piers, those piers might actually sink. The movement causes areas of your home to be unlevel and can put your foundation at risk.

Signs of an Unlevel Home
  •  Sloping floors

  • Windows that stick

  • Sticking doors

  • Cracks in drywall

  • Hairline cracks in doorways, tile, or floors

When you notice these indications, don't hesitate to give us a call. Leveling a house involves a process that brings a foundation's lowest point to the same elevation as the highest point.

We utilize piers, hydraulic jacking systems, and toe jacks to lift the lowest points of your home, camp, or commercial property to its original position. We are experts in our field, licensed, and insured.
